1. Data we process
OneVideo Post processes videos, titles, descriptions, tags, scheduling preferences, publishing status, and identifiers returned by connected social platforms.
2. Account authorization
Social account access tokens are encrypted on the server. OneVideo Post does not request or store social account passwords.
3. How data is used
Data is used only to prepare, schedule, upload, publish, and report the status of content selected by the account owner.
4. Sharing
Selected video and metadata are sent only to the social platforms chosen for each task, including Meta, Google/YouTube, and TikTok, under their respective terms.
5. Retention and security
Videos and task records remain on the operator's server until deleted. Access is protected by administrator authentication; authorization tokens are encrypted at rest.
6. Your choices
The administrator can disconnect social accounts, delete queued tasks, and remove stored videos. Platform permissions can also be revoked in each platform's account settings.
